Right bc I stayed in costambar my neighbors played music till 3-4 in the morning. I just accepted it until I started staying in sosua an the music get turned down much sooner.
I'm a traveler welder I'm planning on moving to the D R in 2026 I'm 41 with no kids never married. I'm just stacking and saving my $ to leave usa the system is mess up here.
Outside of the high end neighborhoods like Piantini and others in the National Zone, I like the gated communities in San Isidro because they are newer with better infrastructure and back up generators. And some of the bartios in Este but not too deep in the hood. I got a few favorites in Este that are relatively modern and walkable
