    Et que c est dans le mode de vie des dominicain de balancer leurs detritus par terre

Looks like Paterson nj 😂 it's every major city when the officials that were voted into office doesn't do there job what I didn't see was an abundance of garbage cans city employed workers that sweep the streets like u find in affluent neighborhoods u think those neighborhoods js stay clean 😉 BS there's alot of resources are spent to beautifying areas especially heavy traffic areas I wish we would stop being so racist and falling for the BS I see poor people living the best life they can with what the government allows them to have smfh
