It's obvious Mark is a very intelligent gentleman. The explanation that he gave on how buying a single drink to a lady will most likely lead to a very slippery slope, since it will be seen as an invitation to take advantage of someone's willingness to spend money. Asserting one's boundaries is incredibly important in a third world country, especially when known to be a major hub for sexual tourism. Being blunt and direct, especially when it is an uncomfortable situation, is the only way you go. Further, his delivery was concise and eloquent. I was not expecting such a High quality advice.
