I live near Anaheim CA and travel to LA few times a week and i guess LA passed a law making it legal for working girls to walk the street. But the things they wear is crazy makes what Sosua girls wear look extremely tame by comparison. I can see a city not wanting it to get out of control like it is in LA with straight up stripper attire being the norm now.
