  2. I like this video review, I follow another couple that visit the all inclusive but the part that I feel is always missing is what is to do at night in the hotels, I understand some have theatre, night clubs and casinos but none is ever show case, is like dinner and the video cut to the next morning.

  3. Hey there Anna and Trevor. We stayed at that resort prior to Covid (isn’t it funny how we measure time lol) and stayed in March and the beach was disappointing. It was green and murky and the staff said it was because river runs near the beach area. The resorts up the beach had nice bright beaches. While disappointing our beach wasn’t brown tho. We took an excursion to Sonoa island and enjoyed the blue water. The resort itself was amazing (adult only side) and felt like we were treated so well. Been to other Bahia Principe resorts, and while nice, and they didn’t measure up to this one for our service and the intimacy of the place. The only downside was that the beach wasn’t great. I couldn’t see my feet and that made me freaked out lol. Hope your vacation is enjoyable. Back home from LT. ❤

  4. I've looked at this resort multiple times when deciding on resorts, I've always overlooked it because the water is brown, idk where y'all did your research, but there's nothing that indicates they have turquoise blue water there

  5. Yea it’s a bummer when you take vacation go somewhere for a week and it rain😄😄😄. What can you do though. It is what it is. It looks like a nice resort though and I get the impression you guys enjoyed it regardless. Nice video again 👍

  6. What a great positive review of this beautiful (affordable) resort!
Read another comment I think you have been, as always, completely honest and empathetic for those with limited vacation time what to possibly expect this time of year.
    Hope you guys enjoyed a little R&R! ~Cara ❤

  7. Hi guys 👋🏼
The problem with that particular beach is that Soco river ends right at that corner and if it’s a raining season…🤷🏽‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️
At this season it’s better going to Bayahibe.
    BE SAFE GUYS 🙌🏼

  8. You sound a bit obnoxiouss. Maybe its me but what do you want the hotel or DR to do so that it doesnt suck in this season? Only gringos make such idiotic complaint., – and we get it you are doing for the followers but come one! You guys sound like some rich spoiled brats. Check your humbleness meter.

  9. Thanks for the video! We are heading to this resort in February! It looks wonderful. I always say, rain on vacation is better than a rainy day at work lol. Maybe try again in February and we can say hi. 😂

  10. Love your channel, but the title was a bit misleading. The hotel has no power over how the weather and water looked. We stayed there several years ago and after seeing the title of your video we thought "wow the hotel went downhill?" Again love the channel, but this might unintentionally give the hotel some bad press.

  11. Usually when it rains I also think that the sand/mud kind gets mixed with the water, so a lot of that color are the sand/mud sediments mixed with the water, instead of the sand resting at the floor. After a couple of days, the sand should fall back down…. Unless it continues to rain.

  12. We were there in October and the beach was the same. If you continued a little past the beach club you stopped at,there is a little corner where the water is a little nicer. But I have to admit the resort itself was great and it made up for the disappointment of the beach. As part time YouTubers my video of that resort won’t be out for a few more months.

  13. I know that a bougainvillea is a type of flower that grows on most islands. Maybe Bouganville is just a product of that flower name. What a bummer to visit there and the water is muddy color, hope it clears up before you leave the area.

  14. Looks like a lovely resort. In the past when going to the DR we always avoided this area as we are big ocean/beach people. Some people are more pool people so they are quite ok. Kind of like I prefer Punta Cana over Porta plata – but sometimes it does come down to price and just what you are able to compromise on.
So funny Trevor at the end 🍺🥃🍹
