El pimiento verde que usted dice aqui en RD, se llama ají cubanela
Hello, from Santo Domingo, that pepper we call it Aji Cubanela, something like cubanela pepper, it´s no spicy.
Oh my gosh so cheap the food in Dominican Republic 😢😢😢😢 I’m in New Jersey I spent 18 dollars in my breakfast now but still hungry 😢
What sling is Trevor carrying?
I hope your toe heals quickly. I was in a walking cast for six weeks.
Trevor and Anna, I can tell you why you feel so much better in the DR….light, natural sunlight!!! You don't realize how much less natural light there is in the Northeast USA (in my case) or Nova Scotia (in your case) as compared to the Caribbean. Enjoy!😊
You don't know how you make feel when you describe the best of my country. #1 people. The most beautiful piece of land. Has it all.
Sorry to hear about your foot, Trevor 😟; hope all is well and you’re on the mend ☺️. Another great video!
That green pepper looks like a poblano pepper to me
Hello Delightful Travelers! Love your videos! I live in the U.S. I have traveled around the world but, there is something special about the Dominican Rep. I have been there over 50 times over 20 years. I plan to retire there in two years. I love Thailand! but, the DR is closer to the U.S. and I have local friends there. I must return to Cabarete, I visited there once years ago! I love Santo Domingo, but enjoy visiting other parts of the island. Keep up with the videos, All the Best!
when you said i sleep better here, that really hit home for me here in the US
Yes canada needs some improvements but in canada if it's emergency you need x-ray ,or cat scan, blood work with results they will accommodate you right away if it's not serious or can wait then won't be so quick
Bella pareja me encanta su contenido siempre lo veo con mi esposa bendiciones RD
So are the restraunts on the beach mostly tailored to tourists I was looking at restraunt menus I thought it was expensive I don't see the locals frequenting them I looked up wages in d.r. doesn't seem Dominicans are eating there except very special occasions what's your opinion I see like fish dishes $15- $20 cdn and like steaks $30–$35 cdn pastas around $10-$15 what's your opinion on that
Thanks for the video folks! Beautiful day here in Cape Breton…very little snow! Yay!
Hi guys! Thank you for the great tips! We are visiting Velero Sunset grill for lunch today 😊 can't wait! Can you tell me where is the frutera situated? I looked on Google maps and couldn't find it. I know it's on the main road but in what general area? Thanks 🙂
My wife and I are looking to move to DR next year, and your videos are fantastic, with all the ideas and places to move to. Thank you.
Use a stretchy bandaid and tape your pinky toe to the next toe for at least 4 weeks
Most people are unaware but 94-96% of people break their toes, at some point, and don’t even know it! Don’t go to the doctor, not necessarily, because it will heal!
🙂💚👍Thank You Trevor & Anna Another Great Adventure as Always. Have You ever Thought about Going Parasailing in The DR it is Fun?????? I did it once when I was in the DR. had a Blast.🙂💙👍Wishing You Safe Travels wherever Your Adventures take you👍
You can’t do anything about a broken toe, except wear flip flops that don’t touch the broken toe.
happy new year to you both xx Good luck for this year .xx
I don't like the color of the sand. It doesn't look white at all!
Another lovable episode 🥰
Be safe guys 🙌🏼
Hope you heal quick Trevor. Great video guys!
Btw, you can pay for a doctor’s consultation out of pocket (without insurance). It will be a bit more expensive than just paying the copay if you had insurance, but not a lot more.
Enjoyed , as usual. Looks like a great place!😊❤
Toe update?? Hopefully it's not crooked which could mean the bone is out of place and could require surgery. Xray appears to be straight so hopefully all good.
Great video – I am a US foot doctor and for your fracture recommend a “buddy splint” with a stretchy / self sticking wrap around the 4th and 5th toe for 3-4 weeks. The product is called coban or coflex. Re X-ray in 6 weeks to make sure it’s healed properly.
Great videos on the Dominican Republic! I started watching when you first started the DR series and have enjoyed the newer videos as well. Keep up the great work!
We are looking forward to visiting the DR !
There's flights everyday to DR from YYZ and only 3 and half hour flight,. DR is beautiful Amazing!
cheap thats the only reason
Do you guys eat out at or visit any of the inland restaurants and shops not on the main drag? Would love to see more of that area.
Also, love your theme music! Did you guys create that yourself?
Disfruten.
I love Cabarete. I love your channel.
You guys are so awesome..love your videos…I need a vacation 🎉😊

Saludos pareja. Buenos días ☀️☀️☀️☀️ Desde el paraíso RD.🎉❤
Omg my daughter broke her toe the other day! 😮 She's now in a "boot".
13:43 ají cubanela
🇨🇦 in 🇯🇲 here… Have you managed residency or does your visa just reset after every trip away?
It’s amazing how you’ve broken down life in Cabarete so well—beach life, affordability, and the sense of community all sound like a dream. Plus, those mangú breakfasts and fresh fruit look delicious 🍳🍌
Dios es bueno con ustedes
Buen provecho. That breakfast should add to a diet routine because when i eat that I'm full for the all day for real.
