I am Dominican. I travel a lot and I’m from Santo Domingo and I absolutely love that place people think it’s a bad country but it’s actually not. The people are very nice there and if you see this, please tell people that Dominican people are not mean.😊

I will never understand why certain governments won’t employ people to house stray animals! It’s better for environment and everyone’s life if all living beings are properly housed.
