  1. Beans and rice is a Latino staple, one of my favorites is Tostones. They love to dance and be Happy and they are very nice people. I speak from experience, I was married to a Latino man who identified himself as Black..Enjoy🎉

  2. My friend and I visited DR twice, Santo Domingo and Santiago and I loved both cities. Santo Domingo has a lot of museums. The people were very friendly. I remember one guy saying to me Miss Universe Janelle Penny Commissiong from your country won her crown here.
My friend and I had dinner at El Cono , they served DR food, it was really good. There is also a beautiful botanical garden and lovely beaches, So much to see in both cities. Accommodation was affordable and we truly enjoyed our stay.
    Thanks for sharing. 😊

  3. Millions of Dominican hard-working women contribute to DR economy from housekeeping to doctors, lawyers, or ingeneers. That guy is wrong to talk down of DR women. 😡

  4. Hi A T I like when go to somewhere fresh and you don't know anyone Marwa got arrested there they thought he crossed the boarder from Haiti ❤ 👍

  5. Viewed from Maryland. Like the guy told you. Every country has good and bad areas. I await your vlogs from the DR. I am learning about the customs and scenic views of another country.
Thanks for sharing your travels. Blessings and be safe.🎉🎉❤❤

  6. When you notice women hiding from the camera or 2 girls walking together and hiding from the camera.. You will know what business they are doing.. And because you are a woman African tigress watch out for the male version of those women, the male version is a "sanky panky" , he is like the "rent a dread or beach boys" of Jamaica and African countries.

  7. You are doing alright in the Dominican Republic African Tigress You get along with people anywhere you go because of that❤❤❤❤❤ BOLD LOVE of GOD for people You have establish your personality already AT A good brand You are the same way anywhere I see on your videos with the same treatment for anyone So you are successful and Bless AT and who I am happy for you celebrate with you Thank God for your subscribers and your Blessings AT

  8. The food is cooked by Haitians in the kitchen. So, ask them for mangu and habichuela and mofongo. Those are the most Dominican food you'll get. Otherwise, their cuisine is very Haitian.

  9. Trinidad's Sunday lunch is rice, red beans, meat, macaroni pie ,potato salad, fresh salad and kallaloo( taro leaves, ochroes , piece of pumpkin in coconut milk boiled to perfection)…everything except the Kallaloo may have come from Trinidad's occupation by Spain.

  10. My birthplace!!! Loveeee your videos !! Love that you made it to DR and after your experience in Haiti I cannot wait to go myself. Blessings to you always in your journeys 🙏🏽❤️
——it left a bad taste in my mouth, the way SOME spoke on Haitians (while I was there) It is stolkholm syndrome and ingrained colonist mind set. Truly divisive and sad. How strong the island could be if they came together

  11. Unfortunately @African Tigress, many teenagers, young ladies are sought after by visiting male tourist, from all over , to meet & greet which often entails making of babies as well.

I think that’s why the gentleman made that statement about the women of this country

( And of course this doesn’t mean ALL)

  12. Hi AT, I think you would enjoy the following: Tostones (twice-fried plantains), Mofongo (mashed plantains with pork rinds) and Pastelon de Platano Maduro (plantain casserole).

Dominicans are real cool people… Some of my best friends in high school, here in NYC were Dominicans!
Enjoy your stay and be safe.💛
