  1. Very nice looking place. Did the builder charge you a different price for the Terrace area or was it a flat rate for the whole house. I found some builders there charge different prices for different things. Some builders include the pool area in the size of the house. Another example is
    a garage or terrace or rooftop terrace even thought the roof is already there. A person is paying 1100- 1200 a square meter which does not make sense to me. The input costs should be cheaper as we are not talking about kitchens cabinets or counter tops in those areas or high end finishes. Glad to see you put in solar this should make a big difference. I’m a Dominican living in the United States for 40 years and the timeline for a new home construction is the same as in D.R. Is Between 12–16 months 😞.   12. Hello the house looks great ! I’m an electrician and inspector in Florida. I had a few questions for you guys. Have you had any problems with mold inside the house ? roof leaking? Flooding in the yard? One day me and my wife waft to build in Dr. go redsox !

  13. Dominican born , raised in the states here , I’m a retired us marine and I love your videos , retired to florida ( Williams island ) but it’s becoming toooo expensive here . Seen your videos it’s inspiring me to retire there but I have always been afraid of construction in the Dr with contractors, what town are you guys in ? I went to las terrenas last year and I loved the town

  27. I’m so happy for you guys and may our Lord bless your beautiful home and your love one forever. Please respectfully do not hire Haitians, spend a little extra hiring Dominicans. We are tired and feel like we are losing the country to their chaos. We had been feeding them for so long but it coming to a point that they are coming in the thousands every day because they feel they get a job the same day that they arrive and when they have a month they start demanding citizenship. Dominican populace at this very moment are going to war with CONEP (Dominican construction association) and their new plan to bring more of their slaves from Haiti. They took the Dominican workers out of the construction sector in favor of their Haitian slaves cheap labor after Balaguer. Please help preserve our beautiful green country. 🙏
