I just turned 44 a few months ago and was always in good shape/maintained the same weight for many years and recently gained some weight that I really want to lose. What have you been doing on top of Pilates? You should definitely be proud of yourself also! Being a mom and having kids with disabilities especially, it’s so easy to put yourself last/not take yourself like you should, bc you’re so focused on your kids. That’s what I did and I realized finally that it’s just as important to take care of myself, so I will hopefully be around for a long time for my son
