2. Who has at least €250k just laying around? It seems impossible so one might have to simply renounce their citizenship and hope they don’t wind up homeless.

8. Most countries in this video are not safe and and not that easy to live because there's so many hidden laws that you'll not find out about it until you go there, then you'll realize that you have done the biggest mistake in your life.

9. Greece is €500000 now, unless you are converting empty commercial buildings or restoring listed historic property in certain zones.

13. The taxes in most of these countries are extremely high. I think Colombia taxes income earned outside of their country including social security retirement

14. All very well, but who wants to join the EU? A corrupt failing project! Invest your life savings only to have the corrupt EU steal it from you, No Thank you!

15. ALL the land here is more expensive than in Northeastern Washington State. It's about $4k per acre

16. most of these countries are even worse than the uk!!!! surely worse countries like the ukraine or albania are offering this also!
