We built our 2 bedroom home for 63k and that doesn't include flooring, roofing tiles, septic tank, electrical wiring, etc…Had we done it about 5 years ago, it would of been much cheaper..Gracias Norberis..todos es verdad!

I guess it just depends on individual taste and style. It’s not prudent or wise to want a high level construction with six bedrooms and three bathrooms if your budget can only afford a low level. Great information Norberis. A great update video.👍👍👍

I saw in 2008 to 2012 the housing market crashed in the USA. Prices went from 125 k for apartments in my area of Bavaro to 55 k for the same units. I believe we are now heading for another USA housing crash . I am waiting to buy.
