  1. Its an awesome place Jamie. Can't beat the amenities and services close by, however, not too sure if it will be affordable for the average American family. There's this place near Casa De Campo, 20 minutes from La Romana airport, Jumbo and Iberia supermarkets and banks called Dominicus Americanus. It's hidden from the public eye, but I'm sure you're familiar with it. The place is growing like crazy, beautiful beaches, surrounded by all-inclusives and promises to be the next Punta Cana. Peeps with investments in mind should check it out before it blows out of budget like Punta Cana did. Great video, btw.

  2. Why in your videos there is always people asking for "where is the poverty.." or "Thats not how dominicans live.." etc.., people have to understand that not 100% of Dominicans are poor and that there is a growing Middle – Upper middle class here in the DR and its not the 90's anymore where DR was only Beaches and resorts.. Yes there is poverty, more than on a developed country, but now more than ever I feel the country is growing like a snowball and is gonna take the world by surprise..

  3. Good work bro, on west side are the 70% of my work, in the east side is the 30% of my designs, the ony thing i love of punta cana villague is the fact you dont go over there in one month and everithing is change a lot, the construction is so fast in the Villague, and that is awesome to a Architech like me, i need to go over there in this days.

  4. Regarding to the land. When you buy from Grupo Punta Cana you get some time to pay it in total, and then you can built, all those lots are already sold, maybe they are waiting to complete payment to built or are waiting for approval, but ALL that land is sold out.

  5. I part of Punta Cana Village People, LOL. You are completely right, once you live in PCV, there is no other place you want to move to. My kids love it there, they live freely, there is always a bunch of their friends at home coming in and out, and so my kids visit other houses, friendly community. It worth every peny!

  6. I am in NC USA and I was in Punta Cana December last year and we are coming again this summer . We are planning to move down there soon but we coming to look around to see the area. I watch almost all your videos. You talk about school for kids , cost of living. Did you talk about car insurance price?
