  1. This was the very first WT video I ever watched, that ultimately lead to me watching all of them in date order, repeatedly ever since. I was looking for Dom Repub videos as I was heading there soon after and wanted some idea of where I was going…
    Keep filming WT 🎥🎬

  2. I’ve been delving into the earlier vids. I found this one to be an amazing introduction to DR. It’s nice to go from you landing to your initial discoveries.

I personally would have been a little taken aback with the aggression to visit their shops to buy.

I’m turned out to be a good evening meeting residents and some expats. Thx for sharing.

  3. Did you hear that the Italian government is offering to grant 15k for people who will relocate to small villages in Sardinia and willing to stay and rehab a property. I see that Sardinia is a beautiful and mystical place.

  4. Hello, a few tips on train tickets to BRU Zaventem Airport including a service surcharge (€6.40) costs €10.30 from Brussels North! If you drive from Antwerp to the airport it costs 13.30€.😢

  5. Your comment about time slowing down while travelling is dead on, and based in science. When your mind is subjected to novelty, new places, new experiences, new people, etc, your mind slows things down to focus on and process these new experiences. But yeah, the vendors in Punta Cana can be pretty aggressive.

  6. Soy cubana, vivo hace muchos años en USA, pero recomiendo Dominican Republic, the beautiful people !!!! Incredible Paradise !!! I love Republica Dominicana & Punta Cana ❤❤❤

  7. The Dark Skies in the Winter of Europe takes Away the Brightness of your hair & the Blue Away from your eyes. In the Caribbean, ALL those Colors come out Bright & Clear.

  8. HEY WILLIAM– WHEN YOU ARE DR, ALWAYS WEAR SHOES OK!!!! SNEAKERS OR BOOTS OK!!! SPECIALLY RIDING A MOTORCYCLE OK.!!!! ENJOY DR!!! ADIOS WILLIAM!!! RAFAEL!!! AIRBORNE!!!!

  9. I’m sure the Americans and Canadians told you that although the random guys you meant were nice you need to be extremely careful especially with your expensive camera. It’s always good to be polite but sometimes in those areas they hound you for whatever they can get out of you rather it be money or beers or whatever. Not saying those people were like that because most of the Dominicans you will meet are genuine and good people but the tourist areas you need to be careful.

  10. The slow passage of time when travelling reminds me of Einstein’s theory of relativity, the space traveller returns to Earth being younger than the ones left behind that didn’t travel. Even though they didn’t travel at the speed of light like the space traveller in Einstein’s version. I have travelled for long periods in the past and I fully agree with you when it comes to the experience of time passing at relative speeds, faster or slower, related to movements like travelling. Thx for showing us the beauty of the Dominican Republic, I have never been there, it looks amazing.

  11. You haven’t done West Coast of Canada… You would want to come during summer & you could do Victoria, many places on Vancouver Island, then do Vancouver, Whistler, Kelowna… at least a dozen great videos & it’s somewhere Maria could join you easily, coming up from Texas!
