I decided to invest in a pre-construction condo one block from the beach in Punta Cana Dominican Republic – more specifically Cortecito.

I think that was a smart purchase. But it’s not what I think. It’s about facts, which you stated them in this video. Punta Cana will be the true Miami of the Caribbean. I’m looking to invest in a year as well.

Punta Cana is invaded by dangerous Haitian they will soon take your home and apartment they are already doing it . Watch Dominican news is not safe. The rich areas will get invaded as well and the authorities will do nothing is out of control.
