David you do know that allapattah is also a Honduran neighborhood they been in the area since doninicans have that’s why there’s so much Honduran Americans n restaurants in A.p I strongly recommend you David to cover Honduran culture in Miami cause it’s rich but over looked give them a try plus I loved this video being im Honduran n my wife is Dominican
Hey David, I was beginning to think you don’t like Dominicans because I have never seen you visit DR. Hopefully you pay a visit there soon. So much has changed. Thanks for sharing, but you need to pay a visit as well to our beautiful country.❤
1:08 is MOCA* Moca is the capital of the Espaillat providence near Santiago, in the north area called Cibao. 1:58 The word mangu comes from Africa, from the slaves. The mangu doesn't get fried, it's like mashed potatoes. The mofongo tho, gets fried. 10:40 The US invaded DR two times, it was not "to help the country", it was literally an invasion on those 2 occasions.
Hi David….this is my first time seeing Dominican foods…. the pork rinds…with the sauce…the mashed plantains…the floating eggs….it all looks good…nice as always…Thanks and be safe Peace.❤❤
That racial slur against the Peruvian woman is racist as fuck. As a Puerto Rican living in Spain, it seems to me that dominicans are racist as fuck, are in denial of their fair share of black ancestry even if they are on average mulattos, and they need to wake up to the reality that implicitly or explictly reproduce spanish racism.
Hi David. Happy Saturday. All that food look so good but too much grease and fat. I do the plantain similar to that but I use mayo to mix with it. It's really nice to be back to watch your videos. Enjoying them very much. Hope you are enjoying yourself wherever you are. Be well and be safe 🙏🏻❤️
The name "Chicharron" also came from an American. One day a South American native indian saw an American eating pork rinds, drinking whiskey and watching Cheech and Chong movies, so from then on he called the snack: Cheech al ron.
Speaking of baseball, I think David looks a bit like Derek Jeter minus the blackness 😂
Loved it bro thanks 🇩🇴🙌🏼
She did not say Boca she said Moca. It is a town in the mountains of El Cibao region.

If the tripe taste like iron or smells bad when it is cooking, it isn't cleaned well.
Dominican food is sooo unhealthy, but so damn good. 😊

DOMINICAN FOOD IS TOP TIER
Yes, David, you have to go to DR. Great people wonderful food.
No such thing as “Dominican food”. Dominicans just steal ideas from other Latin countries and pass it off as their own 😂
❤
