  1. I wish we lived in a perfect world where we can go any were at any time, but that is not the way thing are.

Spring brakers are worn time and time again that not matter where you go just be careful not to wander out late at night

specially alone. But time and time again they keep making the same mistake. My wife and i retired to the Dominican Republic

14 years ago. We always say feel safe here but we are careful not to wander to places that we don't know about specially at night. I hope that in the future people learn that

no mater how beautiful a place is and how safe it looks, there always bad people looking to do harm and its up to you to make the right decision to stay safe. I really hope they find her safe and sound!!!!

  2. Let us wish and pray that the girl comes back safe to her parents. We all must learn a lesson that safety comes first. Partying, vacationing, and hanging out with friends is not a crime, but proper precaution with regards to time and place is a must. Anyway, we all hope and pray that she comes back soon, and that too safe and sound.

  3. She was kidnapped. Very common in Haiti. A Haitian man took her and plans to keep her. They need to go door to door searching all dwellings and search the wood and wilderness. Not the ocean.

  4. Every news source words this differently causing confusion….she went swimming at 4am don't twist the facts😂😂 the American media are the real sharks😂

  5. People go missing everyday in the US and we dont say avoid America

I would not to to any beach at 4am, resort or not, yet alone get in the water in the dark, as you have no clue what's in the water or how big of a wave can be coming.

  6. Punta Cana, Casa de Campo among other places in the Dominican Republic are safe places for tourists and locals. The problem is when you decide to explore the cities by yourself and engage in activities with locals, other tourists or strangers in general. I'm praying for this young girl. I travel there all the time but with a group of people, I don't go anywhere alone. I pray so that she is found alive. This has to be the biggest nightmare for her family and friends. 🙏

  7. My husband was from there and he says back when he was younger it wasn’t as bad but now u can’t even go in vacation without having someone take ur sneakers and everything u have on braud day light
