Martina, ya vi varios videos tuyos, se disfrutan y se aprende mucho, te hago una consulta, adquirí una cafetera saeco se50, si bien seteo la temperatura de agua en 96/97 grados, la temperatura del expreso recién extraído apenas llega a los 50/55 grados, una temperatura que considero que es bastante baja, en tu experiencia que me podes decir con respecto a esto?
