Should I drop everything and move to Santo Domingo Dominican Republic?

In this video I ask everyone should I pick up and start my traveling journey. It’s risky , it can be scary , but sometimes in life the risk is worth the reward. What do you say?

  1. Find a way to take a month off and challenge yourself bro. Consistent single man in the DR content is what the world needs. We already have enough of that Sousa stuff. Everybody is tryna see the real.

  2. Hey, real talk – if you're serious about moving abroad, don't half-commit. It's your dream, right? So do it right. Nobody wants to be counting pennies in their dream destination. Take your time, build up your savings for another couple years, start putting money into some good investments. I'm telling you, "future Ryan" will be so much happier.

  3. I'm in the same boat as well!

I'm Dominican have family in DR

But want to move and live in DR either working remote and at some point own real estate!

I'll be doing a similar move soon as well

  4. Shalom Ryan Peace and Blessings to you my brother.Ill pay for the patreon this weekend and for the 30 minute call and I will give you sound advice and resources. Keep your head up brother✊🏿✊🏿✊🏿

  5. Make that move bro. I’m in the same situation. I stay here in Brickell Miami. No kids, no wife, great credit, no debt, and two jobs. I’m currently in the same accumulation pha$e. Looking to transition to Santo Domingo by the end of the year. I’ll see you there bro 🫡 You got this bro 💪🏽

  6. You're in your 30's. You have common sense. You're logical.
    You're content.
Yes of course living that Piantini lifestyle or Naco would be nice.
But in my humble opinion, just go for it. Find a nice place in Santo Domingo Este. There are some newer apartments being built near Juan Bosch area.
Just keep working when you get down there.
    Good Luck Brother.
    Love the content

  7. Why won’t you move to jamaica? That is your country to bring you country economic better. Why are you going to move a country that is not yours. You don’t see Dominicans, puerto Ricans, cubana. Only black people move to another country. That is crazy.

  8. You’re a musician. Do music. Build a studio, get you a cd press or use Kunaki or something. Find some Dominican talent and make YouTube videos of them and that journey. Get all the equipment you need, get a secure spot and go. No kids, you’re good. $20k and rent paid for 6 mos… budget $35 a day. You can always come back. Make sure you can give something to the community and you’ll be alright.

  9. I wouldn't do nothing until you have a remote job or find a job where you can do 6 months on or 6 months off (health care traveling, doesn't't even have to be nursing). Then you go to the place with the best conversion rate. I think the savings arguments is crazy. The reality is the best idea is back and forth to the US until your 40s or 50 by then your savings should be crazy and then make a final move.

  10. Ryan what's good bro… I just finished listening to your video. You are in a great situation my brother. You are ONLY responsible for you. No woman or kids….. Maaaaaaan.. I personally do not think you need 3K to start off living in DR. You know the ropes already and you can give yourself 9 – 12 months and stack some paper before heading out. And once you are in Santo Domingo use the first 6 months to work online and keep posting your content. Take that same drive that you got working now and apply that in DR. I think you are putting to much into thinking you need 3K/ month in the beginning when you can build up to making that over time. Wish you well my brother.

  11. If you can get a side hustle gig to cover your monthly, like you said for $3k…do it! I know for me personally, once my child support is over in summer 2026, I’m out of dodge!

  12. Sometimes you gotta do what best suits you. At the end of the day your the one thats making the move. Like you said just make sure theres money coming in on the back end for your income. For me I only travel twice a yr (2 months) and stay in DR for two weeks cause my job is here in the states. So it's easy for me to balance life in general.

  13. Bro, my plan is to country hop until I run out of countries I want to visit. 6-12 month leases in each spot. Use the stock market, bro! Hit up Unc Jae and get a few Airbnb properties that will bring in profit. $8k will pay a $400 apartment for a year and furnish it.

  14. In my opinion I would save up as much as possible until May or June, especially since you’re working 2 jobs have like $25k-45k in the bank then head over there. Like you said you don’t go family or kids so I would say go for it. Meanwhile you save up you can have more ideas for future videos, collabs, editing, etc… so you can boost your viewers and subscribers by June. Now living I have been to Colombia and it’s more cheaper than DR but you said you like the lifestyle better there then I would say go for DR then and worse case scenario you can go to Colombia! But for sure have a remote job or something secure in case once you move out. New Year, New Ryan! Let’s get it man 💪

  15. I spend around $8- $10k a month here in the states and i would live the same if not better lifestyle, so i know it will cost a lot. So $20k would get me 2 -3 extra months if something happens and i wouldn't get stuck
