The most interesting thing here is that they mentioned they were in Santiago de Los Caballeros but they never showed any pictures of Santiago de los Caballeros, maybe some places or small towns from Santiago province but not the City of Santiago de los Caballeros which is not the same. I can't tell they don't know the difference just by listening to the word "Campo" which Santiago de los Caballeros (The city) is too far away from being a "Campo".
