STRETCH And WORKOUT TIME IN PUERTO PLATA! Had the honor of Stretching and Training @carmdesi, owner of @lavidasmoothieofficial and sister of @marclaury.surpris of @smarc_cigars_international, right here in beautiful Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic. 🇩🇴 We got in a great workout session and ended the day with a much needed stretch. She came to me extremely stiff and left feeling loose, refreshed, mobile and HAPPY! 🙌🏾😁 That right there is WHY I DO WHAT I DO. Train the body, stretch the body, recover the body. Health is Wealth That smile at the end says it all! Helping people move better, feel better, and understand the importance of stretching, mobility, training and recovery. MARS’ STRETCH THERAPY Making A Real Sacrifice 💪🏾 Recover • Reset • Renew 🌎 Brooklyn ➡️ Miami ➡️ Dominican Republic We taking Stretch Therapy GLOBAL! 🌍 HEALTH IS WEALTH. 💯 #MarsStretchTherapy #StretchTime #PuertoPlata #DominicanRepublic
