  2. 2:40 If you want to remain caffeine (and chemical solvent) free just research your fav brands. Caffeine is water soluble; the larger name brands are chemical / solvent free. Tim Horton's for instance uses the Swiss Water Process, only pure water, zero chemicals. Soak green coffee beans in hot water to create a green coffee extract, which they Filter through activated charcoal to remove the caffeine. Nescafe uses water as well. The cheaper brands use FDA approved solvents because it is … cheaper.

  3. where's been the best destination cruise you've been on my mom is currently having a look at doing our first ever one this year (or possibly Disney world for the 10000x thanks to me) but we aren't too sure where the best places to visit on a cruise are
