  3. Told you Pele was good. Balcon is awesome. Not near Constanza, just on the side of the mountain in Jarabacoa. It's an adventure ride up there, very steep, need a good car. The view alone is totally worth it. A other gray place coming down from Jarabacoa is Alta Vista… Alta Vista Restaurant
