  1. Hello Jamie!! Why not prepare a tour for people interested in buying in Miche,I think getting the people there and see it will be to everybody advantages think about it

  2. I submitted the form to Boardwalk and requested a call however, an automated system contacted me asking for additional details including personal information which Iโ€™m not comfortable sharing to an AI agent. I also called the number available on their website a few times but no answer.

  3. Definitely a good investment, I donโ€™t see how this project could go wrong. Especially when the DR government invest in a solid ferry system from samana to miches

  4. Please for the love of God don't overdevelop we have in the D.R 42% of Forested territory please don't let it fall to 35% just keep it in range 38-40%

  5. Jamie ty for all you do Just fill the Application, hey on the Excellent video you mention one can go with your attorney I didn't see the link for that I saw the Real estate lawyer link, so I thought that's the general one as opposed to your specific attorney or am I wrong?

  6. Great video! Wheres the video stabilizer, Jamie? ๐Ÿคฃ

Definitely would be interested in the condominium option. The maintenance and sustainability of owning homes in Miami, Fl -> Clayton, NC -> and back in NY is overwhelming when you get to age a bit.

  7. Yes sir I really think miches is the next hot spot, Iโ€™m dominican and leaving in the United States right now but magua is my home town, right next to miches and I also have 3 property in miches and magua

  8. I got 534 M2 across from beautiful waterfalls in Bayaguana. Gonna build me a home there in a gated community. Beautiful country. Only paid $29K

  9. Looks great! I have been looking in Miches for over a year now. There a project ( I won't mention it) I was thinking about investing in, but I decided not to. I will be contacting Cheryl this week, to put a deposit on a lot. PS: Her and I both are wearing Tie Dye T-shirts. I take that as a sign from the Universe. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿพ

  10. Just a reminder to anyone watching this video and willing to invest. The land has not being paid by boardwalk developments and any money you invest will be at risk the minute boardwalk developments does not pay. This is not an issue if boardwalk developments agrees to refund every single dollar back to the clients if is stated in the purchase agreement the client signs and agrees to.Please be aware of any potential issues and talk to your lawyer prior to signing anything.

  11. Don't worry for the distance. Just few km. Once roads and communities are built it's a pleasure to walk down the hill.
It will take longer than 10 years to complete the project, but what really matters is the opportunity to start early. Price is super reasonable for the view in front of you. Thanks for the info
