Thank you for the helpful video. They’re all beautiful beaches in their own unique way. Hm, I think the first beach I would visit is Playa Rincon 🏝️😊.
Yes thanks You for your información
Very well thanks You for your video
Yes thanks You for your video
#1 is Bahia de las Águilas – nothing comes close to it!
The most beautiful are: Saona Island and Bahía de las Águilas.
Hey guys, you missed all the snowfall and freezing temperatures here in Ontario.
no, it's not hard to go to Bahia de las aguilas. You need a SUV, yes, but no 4×4, that's not necessary. The street there are going better and better, because they gonna build a couple Hotels there.
Go before the Hotels are ready
Thanks for showing the views – love seeing the beautiful beaches. It looks like we will have an opportunity to go to the DR in September which is not a usual time for us so wondering if this is a good time based on your experience….as want to avoid a full week of rain (knowing that is not always possible) it will be Punta Cana most likely
Also what do you think of the Porto Plata beaches? Not sure of the specific name
I’m in Las Terrenas right now, which company did you guys rent your atv from?
Hi Trevor and Anna, as a dominican I am truly grateful to you for showing my country outside of all-inclusives. For Bahia de las Aguilas you don't need a 4×4. Once you get to Cueva de las Águilas you can take a boat that can drop you off. It's even better than driving in a 4×4. The coastline is just insane. This is the Carr. Sea so the boat ride will not be traumatic. I have kayaked it myself. You can stay at the glamping hotels (Las Cuevas or Eco del Mar) nearby or in Pedernales town (cheaper, + comfort). There are very nice little hotels and airbnbs.
You can then drive up to Hoyo de Pelempito and go from super hot to very nice temperatures (chilly at night) in just 40 minutes. That drive is just magical.
The south is the poorest region but also the most beautiful. There's sooo much to see from beaches to lakes to mountains and rivers and the waters are so blue and clear. You'll love it.
How convenient, I just booked today for Cabarete/Sosua for 10 days. Be there in two weeks from now. Will visit Playa Grande, Playa Caleton and NW torwards Puerto Plata. Already did from Punta Cana to Las Galeras. Will now be exploring the rest of this beautiful country.
Thanks for this video 😊 Your friendly Maritimer ✌️😉
The best I think is la Ensenada you have yo go back in a good day is amazing
Thank you SO much for your video! Especially today, 32+ cm of snow in Ottawa BRRRRR. Booking for the DR in 2026! Stay safe and keep having a great time creating, and enjoying beach life 🙂
Awesome video! The dog running in the background is quite entertaining.🤣
Amazing video as always. Love how each section is segmented and detailed. I know editing takes a lot of effort, some don't even bother for a variety of reason. None of which benefits the viewer. Please don't change that. Future Punta Cana expat currently living in Europe. I really appreciate you guys bringing Dom Rep to me, virtually. As you identified each beach, I performed a search to get an idea of the exact location. Question for you, I don't see a route along the east coast connecting north and south. Driving directions from Punta Cana to Las Terrenas traverses Santo Domingo, possibly because it is a faster route. Is it possible to drive the entire east side remaining on the coast, specifically from Punta Cana to Las Terrenas? Thanks again Trevor and Anna.
Hi guys. Boca Chica should be there 😊
I definitely wouldn’t put Playa Dorada or Playa Alicia in the top ten. But I would give them honorable mentions. And I completely agree with your list. I haven’t seen them all but most of them.
