Why Life’s Better Living in the DOMINICAN REPUBLIC 🏝 Moving to Puerto Plata

This week we’re staying in an amazing villa in the town of Sosua (very close to Cabarete). This is 3 bedroom home with an extra suite with a private pool. We give a full tour of the villa.

Come travel with us to Greece!:

Later in the day we head into the town of Sosua where we visit one of the nicest beaches in the area, Sosua Beach. We take a walk along the beach and then head over to the next beach Playa Alicia. Here we stop at a restaurant called the Waterfront.

Throughout the video we talk about why life is better in the Dominican Republic from outdoor living, to the relaxed way of life to amazing weather year round.

  1. I was born in the DR and living in the US. Although I ❤ the US bc of all the opportunities it has provided me, my heart is still back in the DR.
Thank you for loving my country.

  2. Looks so amazing, wondering how retirement is there? And do they have hurricanes??? Trying to decide between Mexico, Panama, and the DR? I just know I want to leave the USA and not work to live….

  3. I’m from Dominican Republic ❤🇩🇴 I’m also going there on may 21 I’m also so glad that you guys introduce our country it’s a really small country because some people in my school
don’t know what this country is. There is less Dominicans in my school I’m one of
    Them

  4. Love the Waterfront restaurant. But they add a tip into your bill. Check out Margot restaurant a nice more formal restaurant and within walking distance from the Waterfront.

  5. question as a content creator and getting payed from youtube living in dr you dont have to change your payment methods and stuff you can still have actice your cards from the U.S ?

  6. You guys should be granted full citizenship and a job at the ministry of tourism (from home of course ) .I pray that you never loose the enthusiasm and 💗 for the DR .ENJOY !!!🇨🇦🇩🇴🇺🇸

  7. Excelente video!

  8. "The thing you find aboot" lol canadians. House is dope but in my experience when I was in Punta Cana you have all these private areas that are really super upscale and nice but it's when you go into the city or the town is the disappointment. Obviously the Dr is not America and it is considered a third world country so I get that but it gets really sketchy and there's just pockets of wealth. It feels like you're hopping on little tiny rocks to get across a huge river. The rocks are pockets of wealth and the river is everything else including the poverty and the drugs and the trash and the danger but at the same time no matter where you go it's surprisingly a lot more expensive then you would think for third world country it's almost American prices at least in my experience
